The project will be built on the plot of a closed-down factory. Three different (in height and shape) buildings compose a harmonious whole, distinguished through three distinctive architectural details: the material, the windows and the rooms. All three buildings conform to the standards of the current requirements for the conservation of energy. The project plans 170 garage spots for 40 apartments, so that the requirements for prevailing parking spot situations are met.
